You are familiar with the phenomenon from the catering industry: some chefs offer everything from patisserie through soups and steaks to pizza. Others stick to pastry. Or focus on pizzas. My focus is the Czech M&A business – the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, and of real estate. Of course, these areas include the full range of corporate advisory services, from management restructuring to capital increases.
In brief: I am looking forward to any kind of cooperation that involves
- the establishment, purchase, sale, or restructuring of corporate entities; or
- the purchase, management, or sale of real property.
Let me be frank: criminal law, domestic relations law, inheritance law, social security law – these areas do not exactly spark off my enthusiasm, and I gladly leave them to fellow lawyers who specialize in them. Of course, I would be happy to advise you of colleagues whom I know and value in these fields.
